Pole Basics

Service Description

This class covers everything you need to know to start pole fitness! Students will learn a mix of basic pole techniques, beginner-level pole tricks, dance moves, and fun choreography! You will definitely leave feeling strong and beautiful! Sports bra/tank top and shorts/leggings are best for this class. Kneepads (sold at studio) are also recommended but not required. NO LOTION! NO RINGS! (This is for your safety!)

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel online or by contacting the studio up to 1 hour before the scheduled booking with no penalty. No late entry more than 5 minutes after a class has begun. No-show clients will lose the applied class pass. Classes and packages are non-refundable once purchased. They may be transferred or extended upon special request.
