Service Description
This class uses various bodyweight, TRX, and resistance exercises to help strengthen and tone your lower body! TRX straps allow you to increase or decrease difficulty during bodyweight exercises, and target multiple muscle groups, to provide an effective workout for any level! This class does not use the pole. SNEAKERS RECOMMENDED!
